M. Marinho est certainement un très bon professionnel qui satisfait de nombreux clients .... Cependant , après un appel daté du 24 octobre 2023 ( pour un simple remplacement de radiateur),suivi de plusieurs autres ( dont un " je ne vous oublie pas ! ") , je serais encore à l'attendre si je n'avais pas trouvé un autre artisan " plus réactif " qui a su répondre efficacement à ma demande ...

Monsieur Marinho est intervenu très rapidement pour mon cumulus : appelé le lundi, il est venu voir le mardi matin et l'a changé l'après-midi. Intervention rapide et soignée. Personne très agréable, qui ne profite pas du confinement pour augmenter ses tarifs. A recommander.

Pour ma part, j'ai fait appel à une grosse société pour l'entretien de ma chaudière, avant son passage elle fonctionnait et après son passage plus moyen de la démarrer. On me dit que l'on va passer l'intervention en urgence. Pas de nouvelle pendant 1 semaine... J'ai fait appel à Marinho chauffage du mardi, du mercredi matin j'ai un devis, 1 semaine et demi après j'ai une chaudière posée, le retour de l'eau chaude et du chauffage ! Voici mon avis sur Marinho Chauffage : - Réactivité suite à l'urgence - Connais son métier : Sait vous expliquer simplement le pourquoi du choix de telle ou telle chaudière, mais aussi se renseigne sur des décisions de l'Etat sur l'utilisation du Gaz à l'avenir. - Travail très propre / pro ! - Bonne humeur de l'équipe, travail dans la bonne ambiance, souriant - Ponctuel - Disponible : Marinho chauffage ne répondra pas forcément aux mails par un mail mais n'hésitera pas à vous appeler pour répondre aux questions. - Propreté : Et oui, car c'est rare aujourd'hui, mais c'est la première entreprise, sur 3 avec qui j'ai travaillé, qui a nettoyé après intervention ! Point Négatif, car il y en a toujours : - Pourquoi je n'ai pas eu son numéro plus tôt ?

Negative Point, because there are always some: - Why didn't I get their number sooner?

Nous avons fait appel à Julien pour la rénovation complète de notre salle de bains. Il nous a apporté les conseils nécessaires. L'explication détaillée de son devis nous a conforté dans nos choix. La réalisation de la prestation ne nous a réservé que de bonne surprise. Il n'y a rien à redire sur la prestation. C'est un très grand professionnel!! Nous recommandons!!!!

Très bon plombier ++ jamais eu de problème avec Mr marino bien au contraire... En ce qui concerne le délai d attente "les bons plombiers ne cours pas les rues...et je ne suis pas sa seule cliente donc "j essai d etre patiente..." car je n en veux pas d autre. Je lui fais entièrement confiance. Je le recommande vivement Mme Debrabandere

Nous avons eu un problème de cumulus dans la nuit et avons appelé à 8h le matin même. Le plombier est intervenu à 8h30 pour voir le problème. Cumulus remplacé dés le lendemain matin ! Problème résolu ! Professionnel , réactif, travail bien fait et le tout avec le sourire . Merci beaucoup !
